For security, all transactions go directly through Stripe, a trusted Level 1 PCI compliant payment processor. Payment information is TLS encrypted enroute to Stripe and we never store your payment information on our servers.

It takes roughly 30 minutes to set up your Tack account. Once your account is set up, you will immediately be able to receive tips and feedback through the platform.

All tips are routed to the bank account set up on sign up with Tack. We create reports at your specified cadence (Daily, Weekly) that contain all information from the translation including day, time, employee name, room #, customer feedback, and any other information you would like us to report. We will then work with you to reconcile with your payroll system.

Most tips will reach the account in 1 to 2 business days.
